Locke Elementary was the recipient of a brand-new playground from Out 2 Play last year.   Manhattan Borough President <a href="http://mbpo.org/" target="_blank">Scott Stringer</a> also visited PS 208 as part of this celebration of NY1’s NYer of the Week!</p>
