From fifth grade reporters Mahmed and Abdoul:
 We got to see a Liberty game in Madison Square Garden.  The New York Liberty played the Connecticut Sun.  They gave us noisemakers to cheer for the Liberty.  They won in overtime.  This was the fifth grade senior trip and we had lots of fun!

 This past Saturday, New York Cares and several kids from PS 208 went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art to do a scavenger hunt.  We saw a real Egyptian Temple from long ago.  We saw a realistic shark that was modern art.  It was so amazing with some cool exhibits!

<p> On a Saturday this past January students from Alain L. Locke went to <a href="http://www.centralpark.com/pages/sports/ice-skating.html" target="_blank">Central Park’s ice skating rink </a>for an urban adventure.  They got to meet many young adults while they skated.  This was an opportunity for people to get along and learn to skate from each other.  Also, this was time to spend with classmates students do not usually see outside of Alain L. Locke.</p>
