Mike Phillips at P.S. 208

Ballroom Dancing

This winter the 5th grade at Alain L. Locke is taking part in a ballroom dance residency!  Students are learning the moves to dances such as the polka, waltz, swing, fox trot, rumba, and merengue.  Stay tuned for details about our March 10th performance.

This past December Alain L. Locke Elementary had the pleasure of welcoming Santa back to our school!  Macys.com and the Carmel Hill Fund sponsored the visit.  Students were delighted to meet Santa and were presented with individual gifts.
