Children who grow up with books in the home are more likely to succeed in education than those who don’t. Well, check out the findings of this 20-year study led by a sociologist from the University of Nevada, Reno.

The PTA is now taking orders for the Graduation Package. It costs $35 and includes a t-shirt, autograph book, key chain and a nap-sack. Order forms have been sent home with students and additional forms can be picked up in the Parent Coordinator’s Room.

There are only 2 school days left before the NYS Math Exam. The test will be administered on May 5-6 for 3rd and 5th graders, and May 5-7 for students in 4th grade.
