From fifth grade reporters Mahmed and Abdoul:
 We got to see a Liberty game in Madison Square Garden.  The New York Liberty played the Connecticut Sun.  They gave us noisemakers to cheer for the Liberty.  They won in overtime.  This was the fifth grade senior trip and we had lots of fun!

<p>When we arrived at <a href="http://www.tbms.org/" target="_blank">Turtle Bay Music School </a>there were already a bunch of people there!  I sat in the front row with my friend Chance.  The stage had a piano, drums, a flute and a huge bass.  There was a woman playing the flute, a man at the piano, a man at the drums, and a man at the huge bass.  They played jazz, blues, and Latino music.  At the end, they let everyone play the instruments!</p>

<p>Third grade students from Alain L. Locke Elementary attended a field trip to the <a href="http://www.mcny.org/" target="_blank">Museum of the City of New York</a>.  Participating in “The Grid” program, students were able to explore the impact of urban planning in their own communities.  Topics addressed by museum educators included the importance of institutions such as parks, libraries, and small businesses.</p>
