Third grade students from Alain L. Locke Elementary attended a field trip to the Museum of the City of New York. Participating in “The Grid” program, students were able to explore the impact of urban planning in their own communities. Topics addressed by museum educators included the importance of institutions such as parks, libraries, and small businesses.
